Here at Whiteline Design, we love the planet! Since 2005, we've used only eco-friendly inks. Our products are printed with non-solvent inks that contain no VOC's, and we use eco-friendly water-based inks for screen printing. The durability with eco-friendly inks equals or surpasses solvent-based inks! |
Warranties
Certain types of vinyl lettering, banners, and shirt prints will be warranted. Your invoice will indicate your warranty terms. |

In a pinch and need something now? No problem, we are happy to accommodate your needs. When ordering products needed in a specific time frame, you may be charged a rush fee of 10 - 100% of your order total. In addition, you may be required to pay for expedited shipping fees if the materials needed to complete your job are not in stock. As typical with all orders, no less than 1/2 of the invoice total will be required as a down payment upon placing your order. Some jobs may not be eligible for expediting; just call us, and we’ll be happy to let you know what you can expect. |

Online orders - payment is due in full upon ordering.
In-person orders - 1/2 down to start, balance due at delivery.
Business / NPOs - our terms are 2/5 (cash only), net/15. Invoices not paid within 15 days of billing date will be subject to late fees per the following schedule:
- 1 - 30 days past due date: 8% (invoices $100 or higher) or $10 (invoices $99 or less);
- 31 - 60 days past due date: 21% (invoices $100 or higher) or $30 (invoices $99 or less);
- 60 - 90 days past due date: your account will be sent to a collections agent.

Privacy - This website may create a “cookie” on your hard drive. It will log your ISP’s IP address, and the date, time, and duration of your visit. Those statistics help us determine the effectiveness of our website. We don’t use the info in any way that could harm you. We hate spam, too, so we won’t subject you to it. We’ll never sell or rent your customer information to anyone, under any circumstance. Your data is safe with us (and your customer data is stored securely in an area not connected to the internet -- no hacking possible).
Copyrights and Trademarks - Look, don’t try to use our logo or brand name (Whiteline Design) for anything without our permission. Our owner is really whiny about that stuff so don’t violate our rights. Also, we create and design images for our customers -- things like logos, graphics, and more (and usually we do that for free with the purchase of a product). These designs we make for you are to be used exclusively by us, whitelinedesign.com, to create a product for you. That means you can’t take a design we made and give it to some schmoe to reproduce for you on a shirt or anything else. If you do that, you’re violating a copyright law. If you need to give a design we’ve made to someone else so they can embroider it on a jacket or paint it on a building, or “whatever”...we will require a file transfer or buyout fee, and that fee will only be good for that one use. Alternatively, you may buy any design we make for one flat fee that will give you royalty-free use of the image, design, or graphic. Here’s an example of when this might need to occur: we create a logo for your band and use it on the 100 decals you ordered from us. Now your band has gotten some media attention and you would like to have the logo embroidered on jackets. We do not do embroidery here at whitelinedesign.com, so we understand that you will need the original design file to give to the embroidery shop. We will transfer the file for a one-time use fee of $30 (with the stipulation that the file is to be used for the one order of “x” number of jackets). Any other use of the file (putting it on letterhead or even placing another order for more jackets) will require another $30 release fee from us. Or, let’s say your band really hits the big time, and the logo will need to be used on a billboard, a CD cover, merchandise, flyers, posters, and more, all at one time. At this point, it would be in your best interest to purchase the royalty-free buyout of the image (and the fee for this service will vary depending on the complexity of the design). Once you’ve purchased the royalty-free buyout of the graphic, you may use it for whatever you wish without worrying about paying fees to us. If we discover that images, graphics, designs, or artwork we have created is being used in violation of the copyright laws, we will prosecute. Really, just don’t risk it. We’re very easy to get along with and will work with you on getting you what you need, and may even do it for free at times. Isn’t that better and easier than having a team of rabid lawyers hunt you down?
